Our Client is a well established independent group of optician with a number of practices throughout London. They are looking to recruit an Optical Assistant to join their busy and vibrant team in the North West London. The ideal candidate needs to be flexible and be able to carry out work across the different aspects of the business including:
- Meet and greet customers
- Pre testing
- Dispensing under supervision
- Delivering and fitting of glasses
- Administration work
- Have excellent telephone manners and give exceptional customer service over the phone
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have previous experience in optical field or have experience working in an high end retail environment.
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Show knowledge and passion about our products
- Have luxury brand awareness
- Have good organizational skills and be able to work effectively in busy environment
